is a graduate of Stetson University with a BBA in Accounting, he also holds an MBA from the University of Central Florida. He is a Senior Wealth Manager with Keyes, Stange & Wooten Wealth Management, LLC. It is his responsibility to ensure our firm is providing our clients with quality innovative financial strategies to meet their financial planning and investment goals and objectives. As a CPA for more than 35 years, he is involved in strategic tax planning for his clients at Keyes, Stange & Wooten, CPA Firm, LLC as well as developing integrated strategies for tax-advantaged investing and wealth management for both individuals and corporations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Intracoastal Bank. Jerry and his wife, Sherry, live in Ormond Beach, FL and have a son, John, a graduate of the NYU Stern School of Business.

is a graduate of Stetson University with a BBA in Accounting. Howard works with clients on strategic tax planning and accounting consulting. He has been a CPA for over 30 years and his areas of practice emphasis are in income tax preparation and planning. Howard also has extensive experience advising clients in transactions involving the sale of their businesses. As an owner in both firms, he also works with clients’ financial planning issues and develops and implements investment asset allocation strategies as a Wealth Manager with Keyes, Stange & Wooten Wealth Management, LLC. Howard serves as one of the investment committee members for the firm’s discretionary asset management program. He primarily serves retirees by managing their financial assets, in order to achieve their income and wealth transfer goals. Howard and his wife, Betsy, a retired Lt. Colonel in the Army Reserve, live in Deland, FL. They have three children.

As a Senior Wealth Manager, Marc works with individuals and business owners to develop custom financial plans, specializing in the areas of retirement and wealth transfer strategies. As an Enrolled Agent and member of Keyes, Stange & Wooten CPA Firm, LLC, he provides income tax preparation services. This experience enables him to develop tax efficient methods of accumulating and distributing retirement assets. Marc is an advocate of investment diversification and asset allocation. He is a graduate of Stetson University with a BBA in Finance and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™(CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designations, and he is an E.A. (Enrolled Agent). He is currently the President of the Ormond Beach YMCA. Marc and his wife, Shannon, live in Ormond Beach, FL with their triplets.

started her career at Keyes, Stange & Wooten CPA Firm, LLC in 2004 as a tax intern and worked her way up to becoming an equity member of our firms in 2017. A graduate of Stetson University’s Master of Accountancy (MAcc) Program, where she also earned her BBA in Accounting, Danielle oversees tax preparation and accounting services for Keyes, Stange & Wooten CPA Firm, LLC. She has been an Enrolled Agent (E.A.) since 2013, a CPA since 2016, and has been practicing accounting for over 20 years. Danielle’s areas of concentration are in income tax preparation and strategic tax planning, payroll, and accounting services consulting. Danielle and her husband, Torrance, live in Port Orange with their two sons.

started her career at Keyes, Stange & Wooten Wealth Management , LLC as a Registered Sales Assistant in 2009 and has overseen almost every aspect of the firm’s operations. In 2017, she obtained the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) certification which created the opportunity for her to become a Wealth Manager. Making this career move has allowed her to share her passion for helping people achieve their financial planning needs and individual goals. In 2018, she became an Equity Member in both firms. Additionally, Tara is responsible for implementing and supporting projects that enhance the firm’s operational efficiency to provide high quality customer service. She earned her BBA from the University of Central Florida and is a native Floridian, having spent all her life in the Daytona Beach area. Tara and her husband, Brandon, live in Port Orange with their daughter.
